If you were over age 12 in the late 60’s, you know who Mary Quant & Twiggy were. If younger, you should know about them. London’s Mary Quant was THE clothing designer of the late 60’s--“Mod” style/early Beatles)--& acknowledged as the designer of the miniskirt (or to at least have given it its name) & hotpants. If you couldn’t afford her clothes back then, you at least used her line of cosmetics. Twiggy (this portrait) was the quintessential model of that era. Red vinyl dress is my 60's design.
